Scott Kellen
Scott has years of experience working on both sides of leader and team member issues. As the Product Leader of a $290M Transportation IT program, he lead large teams of both internal and external team members and contractors achieving successful results and meeting milestones in support of the Global War on Terror.
As a team member on multiple teams, he had the opportunity to work with and learn from many successful leaders and teammates. Knowing how to be an effective team member helped to ensure successful deployments of critical operational IT programs and deliver value to the overall organization. Not only understanding the issues and challenges of both leadership and team membership, but having been there walking the walk makes Scott invaluable in this role.

Kelli Kellen
Kelli Kellen is a certified Leadership and Team Coach as well as a Master Trainer, focused on helping teams and their leaders improve their performance and achieve results. With more than 25 years’ experience hiring, building, and training leaders and teams in the non-profit sector, startups, and publicly traded companies, Kelli has extensive knowledge of how to develop high-performing teams which produce results. She assists teams in achieving their goals by encouraging a growth mindset, building trust among team members, improving team and individual communication, appreciating each other’s differences and creating a culture of accountability.
Kelli is a strong advocate for a positive, collaborative culture that encourages all staff to utilize their talents and skillsets in a way that benefits the team and brings personal satisfaction along with business results. She has managed and developed international teams and encourages a respect for other cultures and diverse team members to maximize team success and foster positive working relationships.
Kelli is certified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as a Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, and Core Dynamics Leadership and Performance Specialist by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) as well as a Certified Executive Coach and Certified Business Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC). She is certified to administer the Energy Leadership Index, DISC, Performance XT, Emotional Intelligence, and Emotional Intelligence 360 psychometric assessments. Kelli also holds a certification in Change Management.
